Monaco Wedding Packages
AUREARGENT is a Monaco-based concierge house. We build the day around your venue and your guest list: coordination, photography and chauffeured transport under a single contact, with the rest of the suppliers held and briefed for you.
The offer
What a Monaco wedding package covers
There is no fixed tier. A wedding in the Principality is priced by its venue, its guest count and its season, and any package quoted before those three are known is a guess. What is fixed is the shape of the work.
One contact, from first call to final gallery
You brief once. We hold the venue, the caterer, the florist, the music and the registrar timings, and we come back with a single costed proposal rather than nine quotations to reconcile.
On the day, the running order is ours to keep. You are not the one telephoning a supplier who is late.
- Venue search, shortlist and negotiation, including exclusive-use terms
- Supplier selection, contracts and payment schedule
- Run of show, timings and the registrar or officiant
- Guest logistics: arrivals, hotels, transfers
- On-the-day coordination
Photography, in house
The photography is ours, not subcontracted on the day. That matters more in Monaco than elsewhere: the Principality is a sovereign state, licences are its own, and the light in the palace ballrooms is unforgiving. The team already works these rooms.
Two photographers on a full day, and delivery in weeks rather than months.
Getting everyone there
The whole chauffeur-driven fleet is available: saloons, SUVs, a VIP van for a wedding party travelling together. Nice airport is forty minutes away on a good day and considerably more on a race weekend, which is a timing question before it is a transport one.
The car for the couple is a decision of its own. It is in every photograph of the departure.
Before anything else
The one rule that decides your whole plan
Monaco requires residency to marry legally. Almost every international couple that marries "in Monaco" completes the civil formality elsewhere and holds the real day here.
What that changes in practice
The ceremony you and your guests will remember is a symbolic one, and it is not constrained by a town hall diary. That is a freedom, not a downgrade: you choose the hour, the room and the light.
It does change the order in which things get booked, and it is the single point where couples lose months. Settle it first.
- Civil formality completed in your own jurisdiction, beforehand
- Symbolic ceremony in Monaco, at the venue and hour you choose
- Religious ceremonies at the Cathedral or the Sainte-Dévote Chapel, on their own terms and lead times
- Vow renewals follow the same logic, with fewer constraints again
Sizing the day
Let the guest list choose the venue
If the number of guests is what decides, rather than the other way round, the shortlist writes itself. These are the seated and standing capacities of the rooms couples actually ask us about.
Capacity, at a glance
Two are seasonal and two are open all year, which quietly removes half the options once you have a date. We shortlist against both at once.
- 1200 standing — Le Méridien Beach Plaza
- 950 cocktail, 802 seated — Salle des Étoiles, the largest seated capacity in the Principality, but seasonal
- 600 — the Salle d'Or at Monte-Carlo Bay, open all year, and the Yacht Club de Monaco at 600 cocktail
- 400 seated — the Empire ballroom at the Hôtel de Paris; the Beaumarchais salon at 80 for a smaller party
- 350 cocktail, 200 seated — the Hermitage
- 50 to 150 — the private villas of Roquebrune and Cap Martin
- 30 to 100 — the Hôtel Métropole, for intimate weddings
And for two
An elopement is not a smaller wedding, it is a different day. No seating plan, no running order to defend, and the whole budget free to go into the location, the light and the photography. The gardens of Saint-Martin, a terrace above Port Hercule, Èze village, Cap-Ferrat, or on the water.

Tell us the date and the guest count
That is enough to come back with a shortlist of venues that are actually free, and a costed proposal for the whole day. No obligation, and no fixed package to fit into.
