2.1 Professional 4K photography

AUREARGENT offers photo sessions in 4K in the following categories:

• Portrait: individual or duo shoot, in studio or on location
• Wedding: full coverage of the ceremony and reception
• Corporate: professional headshots, company events, team photos
• Events: parties, galas, product launches
• Fashion: lookbooks, editorials, advertising campaigns

All photographs are delivered at a minimum resolution of 4K (3840×2160 pixels), with professional retouching included.

2.2 Prestige vehicle hire

AUREARGENT makes luxury and prestige vehicles available, with or without a professional chauffeur. Available vehicles and their specifications can be viewed on the Website.

Every vehicle is comprehensively insured and maintained to manufacturer standards.

2.3 Luxury concierge

Bespoke organisation and assistance services: airport transfers, event planning, VIP reservations and any tailor-made service.

Prices are stated in euros (€) including all taxes. AUREARGENT reserves the right to amend its prices at any time.

Services are invoiced at the rate in force at the time the booking is confirmed. A personalised quotation is issued for each service on request.

Prices shown on the Website are indicative and may vary according to duration, options selected, period and vehicle chosen.

All bookings are made via the online form on the Website or by direct contact.

Booking process:

1. The client submits a booking request online
2. AUREARGENT confirms availability and issues a quotation
3. The client accepts the quotation and pays the required deposit
4. The booking is confirmed by email once the deposit has been received

A booking is considered firm and final only once the deposit has been received and written confirmation has been sent by AUREARGENT.

A deposit of 30% of the total amount is required upon confirmation of the booking, unless otherwise agreed.

The balance is due no later than the day of the service.

Accepted payment methods:

• Bank transfer (details shown on the quote and invoice)
• Bank card, where online payment is offered: it is then processed by our provider Stripe, with strong customer authentication (3-D Secure)

Online payment is not available at all times; otherwise, settlement is made by bank transfer.

Any late payment automatically incurs late-payment penalties at the statutory rate in force.

Where the client cancels, the following conditions apply:

• More than 7 days before the service: full refund of the deposit
• Between 3 and 7 days: 50% of the deposit refunded
• Less than 3 days (72 hours): no refund

All cancellations must be notified in writing (email to [email protected]).

Where AUREARGENT cancels (force majeure, vehicle unavailability), the client will be refunded in full or an equivalent service will be offered.

In accordance with article L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to leisure services to be provided on a specified date.

AUREARGENT nevertheless applies the cancellation policy described in article 6.

The client undertakes to:

• Provide accurate information when booking
• Be present at the agreed place and time
• Treat the vehicles made available with care and report any damage
• Refrain from smoking in the vehicles
• Follow the instructions of the photographer or chauffeur

Any delay of more than 30 minutes without notice results in cancellation of the service without refund.

AUREARGENT undertakes to provide its services with the utmost professionalism.

The liability of AUREARGENT is limited to the amount of the service. AUREARGENT may not be held liable for indirect damage (loss of opportunity, non-material damage, etc.).

In the event of an incident involving a vehicle, the vehicle's insurance covers the damage within the limits of the policy taken out.

Photographs produced by AUREARGENT are protected by copyright. The client is granted a personal, non-commercial licence to use the images delivered.

Any commercial use, publication in the media or on social networks for promotional purposes requires the prior written consent of AUREARGENT.

AUREARGENT reserves the right to use the photographs for portfolio and promotional purposes, unless the client expressly objects.

AUREARGENT may not be held liable for non-performance or delay in performing its obligations resulting from an event of force majeure as defined by article 1218 of the French Civil Code (adverse weather, pandemic, strike, major technical failure, etc.).

All complaints must be sent in writing to [email protected] within 7 days of the service.

AUREARGENT undertakes to handle any complaint within 15 working days.

In the event of an unresolved dispute, the client may use the consumer mediation service free of charge. The competent mediator is provided on simple request to AUREARGENT.

These Terms of Sale are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, and after an attempt at amicable resolution, the competent courts of Paris shall have sole jurisdiction.
