We accept bank transfers and credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex). For larger amounts, payment in instalments may be arranged. The balance is due 7 days before the service.
The deposit is non-refundable. Cancellation more than 30 days in advance: 50% of the total refunded. Between 15 and 30 days: 25% refunded. Less than 15 days: no refund. Rescheduling is possible free of charge with 15 days' notice.

No. Our quotations are transparent and itemised. All costs (travel, any additional hours, decorations) are stated in advance. The price you accept is the final price, with no surprises.
Once your booking is confirmed, you receive a direct mobile number to reach your photographer or chauffeur on the day. Our team is available 7 days a week throughout the service period.
Yes. Every vehicle is provided with an experienced, impeccably presented professional chauffeur. Self-drive hire is not offered.
In Paris, Monaco and on the Côte d'Azur, with the same fleet everywhere. The price depends on the city, the season and the duration, and is confirmed before any booking.
We recommend booking 2 to 4 weeks in advance, and 2 to 3 months for weddings in high season (May to October). That said, we do our utmost to accommodate last-minute requests, subject to availability.

For hourly or daily hire, mileage is included within Monaco and the Côte d'Azur; beyond that zone, a mileage supplement may apply and is stated in the quotation. For a transfer from one address to another, the displayed price is firm: no meter, and no mileage or luggage supplement.
Yes. We offer elegant floral decorations (ribbons, floral arrangements on the bonnet). The decoration is arranged by us or in coordination with your florist. Bespoke decorations are possible on request.
